Docker and Devilbox

One of the most common problems that developers run into when starting a project is establishing a local development environment. There are many “off the shelf” solutions like MAMP, ,XAMPP, or even using VirtualBox. These have been the standard for many years but what happens if you need to match a very specific server configuration? While these solutions above offer many configuration options, none of them give you 100% control of your dev environment. What about easily setting up a teammate with the same environment so they can work on the project as well? Of course, you could transfer the directory over and then troubleshoot configuration mismatches for a few hours but there is a better way.
